The Executive Skill Certification Program aims at the following competencies:
· Understanding the new sources of value and the future of jobs within the bank accounting for the new role of Artificial Intelligence for people management
· Learn about the new sources of value when accounting for stakeholder maximization and tracing such sources of value in cost accounting for the HR function
· Having an updated overview of the impact on people management of regulation and its impact on strategic management of the bank
· Develop and apply leadership skills to drive organizational change
· Design and implement people and HR strategies aligned with evolving business objectives
· Applying the Design Thinking Personas Tool to HR
· Crafting a Meaningful Employee Experience
