MAMA Master in Arts Management and Administration

Start date: 27 Sep 2023 Language: ENGLISH The Master in Arts Management and Administration (MAMA) is a 12-month, full-time Specialized Master designed for people with a passion for the arts to develop the managerial skills needed to successfully leverage cultural heritage and artistic production in a sustainable way. MAMA offers a solid curriculum of core courses (e.g. accounting, art law, finance, heritage management and others), combined with a focus on soft skills and enriched with seminars to strengthen leadership, communication, and art market skills. Students have the opportunity to get first-hand experience with management challenges in some of the most relevant Italian cultural institutions thanks to the Grand Tour, a learning journey across Italy. The Master offers three final options to customize the learning process: an internship, a start-up project or a field project, tailor-made for the student, which then helps prepare students to take on the challenges of management, artistic integrity, and economic viability of arts organization in the modern world.
